Here Design has branded a new luxury extra-virgin olive oil for Trulli Ulivi. The line’s owner asked for a visual identity that clearly connected the product to its point of origin in Puglia, the southern part of Italy’s boot.

The designers’ solution for the wordmark borrows from street lettering in Ostuni, a city in the Puglia region. Some of the geometric symbols in the visual identity were inspired by the conical, white, stone huts that are familiar in the area. Other shapes can be seen as dishes, tables, or olives.

Regrets Only designers created a new identity for Potluck that looks handmade—like the food ingredients—and textural—like the flavors the ingredients provide. Charcoal, crayons, and watercolors are used to create “abstract textures that felt like flavour profiles for the products.”
