Jaguar Land Rover has a new parent brand that will house and unify the Range Rover, Discovery, Defender, and Jaguar brands. The sleek, new monogram will not appear on vehicles, however.

A company release says the new mark is based on “elegance, modernity and the company’s forward-thinking essence.”

To celebrate its 75th anniversary, Porsche has simplified its familiar crest. By removing background stippling in some areas and substituting a more structured honeycomb pattern in other sections, the design now has a cleaner, bolder feel. Chamfers have been added to all outlines to add real dimension to the design.
