Yoderlay is a home services app that connects tradespeople to local customers. But unlike Angi or other larger services companies that tend to cloak tradespeoples’ identities, Yoderlay wants to amplify them. Studio Morfar created a new identity for Yoderlay that literally illustrates the contractors’ craft as well as reliability and trust for both the homeowner and the contractor.
The illustrations, by Doug John Miller, show complex home repair situations but also the homeowner handling matters with confidence and Yoderlay. The art is simple, but so is the app interface, typography, and color palette.
