At first glance, creative agency Elvis’ new logo, created by Studio NARI, looks pretty straightforward. But much reveals itself with further study.
Elvis defines itself as “a growth studio that connects brands to new audiences through Serious Entertainment™. Serious Entertainment is the new strategic positioning for Elvis, which believes that modern entertainment can stand on its own merit through its truth and engagement: traditional advertising is not needed.
Studio NARI’s new identity for Elvis positions it as more of an entertainment property or cultural institution than a communications company. The new logo is solid but has personality woven in throughout.

From an LLB article: “The Elvis wordmark is tightly constructed with deliberate spacing and compact proportions…. Raised counters introduce subtle depth, while small details—the slight tilt in the ‘l’ and ‘I’, a lowercase ‘e’—subvert expectations and introduce energy within discipline. A circular marque extends the identity further, with the ‘e’ standing for both Elvis and entertainment.”
