Uncommon Creative Studio has created an uncommon identity for London Museum, previously known as The Museum of London. As part of the museum’s two-year move to a new location, its new icon will be a white clay pigeon and a gold poo splat. The pigeon is cast from London clay.
The pigeon and splat represent “a place where the grit and the glitter have existed side by side for millennia,” says London Museum director Sharon Ament in a Museums Journal article.
