ScriptDrop competitors were using more predictable, clinical identities, so Zoco went in a new direction, one that matched the personality of its client, employing warmer colors, playfulness, and storytelling animations. In addition, the design team brought in stories told by employees and clients, and shared those on the client’s social media platforms and website. The effect is that of a friendly and user-friendly service.
