Mergers have pushed Cloudreach to be one of the largest cloud–native service providers in the world. As such, it was in need of new livery in the form of a re–imagined visual identity. Siegel+Gale has now provided the necessary revamp, moving away from its previous and more literal kite–based design.
The new identity is based on the client's promises to help its customers predict and weather the future.
"Cloudreach has an innate understanding of what the future looks like, giving them the ability to help their customers stay one step ahead and successfully navigate their migration to the cloud," says Deva Corriveau, design director at Siegel+Gale. "To suggest this predictive quality, the graphic style of the brand recalls isobar diagrams on a weather map, creating a visual language that subtly references 'the cloud' and, more importantly, the elevated perspective that customers of Cloudreach benefit from."
The animated version of the isobaric designs proves especially mesmerizing, while the static versions provide terrific and flexible patterning. A bright yellow–gold energizes the entire system.
