The client’s logo, an S formed from soft, pillow-and-mattress-like shapes, was retrieved from the organization’s old system, but it is being used in a very different and more effective way. Now the shapes carry color and are used as photo frames and graphics that greatly improve the navigation of the Sleep Foundation’s main resource, its text-heavy website.
Another important component of the new identity is the effective use of dark mode, as most users of the site are consulting the website at night, when they are struggling with sleep issues.
