Mastercard has extended its identity system in a new way with touch cards. A notch on one of the short sides of the cards help people with limited or no vision to feel and know exactly what card they are using. The New Touch debit card has a rounded notch, the credit card has a squared notch, and the prepaid card has a triangular notch.

Mastercard has long been extending its brand reach by using its signature melody at checkout counters to notify any person that his or her transaction was successful.
