Pantone has expanded its brand messaging with its first physical store, a location that is intended to give customers a “different dimension” of color. In the new Hong Kong store, Pantone will sell its Funmix collection of housewares, which includes clothing, dishes, sheets, and towels.
Familiar aspects from the company’s color-matching system populate the store. Product islands, for example, look very similar to a Pantone color chip. Color is everywhere, on the windows, on products, and on walls and floor. Everything is branded with the familiar color matching logo.
